• Familiarise yourself with the services offered by our company.
• Identifying new business opportunities including tendering & warm calling on new businesses.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Leading clients through the pipeline from cold call to warm lead to client to
  evangelist.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts that are tailored to address the pain-points of the client.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
• Working closely with management and marketing to review sales strategies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Extensive sales experience – B2B preferred.
• Understanding recruitment and human resources is an advantage.
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
• Consultative selling style preferred.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
• Ability to build rapport with all players in a company regardless of job title.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Great networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
