The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and possess strong expertise in project management and facility management services.
The role is based in Melbourne, VIC!
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse bid requirement and scope out client specification to develop pricing and cost estimations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team, including operations, finance and sales to gather relevant data and insights for pricing and cost estimations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve pricing and cost estimation process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and cost estimation tools to streamline analysis and facilitate decision making.
- Assist in the development of standardised pricing templates and guidelines for use across the organisation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiative s to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure the proposals align with bid requirements, meet client specification and comply with organisational standards and best practices.
- Support ad-hoc request from senior management.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience as a business/commercial analyst role
- Experience in pricing and cost estimation.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power Bi and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, analytical and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/streams and conflicting priorities concurrently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
