Our Insights and Data team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice, we intend to recruit a BI Engineer with relevant consulting and communication skills. Roles and responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, analyzing business processes, and contributing to the delivery of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to clarify requirements and document outcomes.
- Develop detailed business process models and requirements specifications.
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions that align with client goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis or related disciplines are preferred.
