About your new role:

As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with the team on the following duties and responsibilities: 

• Understanding Business Needs:
  • Analyse and document business workflows and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and objectives.
  • Assist in proposal preparation for new systems or operational changes.
• Technical Skills:
  • Work with development and testing teams on product analysis, design, testing, and maintenance.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and testing of new functionalities.
  • Track and document changes in functional and business specifications.
• Documentation and Communication:
  • Write and maintain requirements, specifications, release notes, and other software development documents.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Conduct user training and provide technical assistance.
• Support:
  • Assist clients with application usage and deployment issues.
  • Support team members in understanding applications and new features.
• Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Provide feedback to management for improving software delivery efficiency.

• Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate to advanced UI/UX and application flow skills.
  • Understanding the healthcare industry, particularly the lifestyle, aged, and disability sectors, would be ideal but a must have.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to analyse business processes and model workflows.
  • Conduct impact analyses to assess the potential implications of changes.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Additionally:

• Experience as a Business Analyst of t.
• Appropriate qualifications in IT, Business Administration, or similar field.
• Experience with UAT and defect management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
