About your new role:
As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with the team on the following duties and responsibilities:
- Understanding Business Needs:
- Analyse and document business workflows and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and objectives.
- Assist in proposal preparation for new systems or operational changes.
- Technical Skills:
- Work with development and testing teams on product analysis, design, testing, and maintenance.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and testing of new functionalities.
- Track and document changes in functional and business specifications.
- Documentation and Communication:
- Write and maintain requirements, specifications, release notes, and other software development documents.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct user training and provide technical assistance.
- Support:
- Assist clients with application usage and deployment issues.
- Support team members in understanding applications and new features.
- Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Provide feedback to management for improving software delivery efficiency.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced UI/UX and application flow skills.
- Understanding the healthcare industry, particularly the lifestyle, aged, and disability sectors, would be ideal but a must have.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyse business processes and model workflows.
- Conduct impact analyses to assess the potential implications of changes.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Additionally:
- Experience as a Business Analyst of t.
- Appropriate qualifications in IT, Business Administration, or similar field.
- Experience with UAT and defect management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
