We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Productivity Steering and Planning Squad in Sydney.
You'll be responsible for
Support the Productivity workstream with reporting, analysis, presentation and ad-hoc requests from the Business Partnering Team, Senior Management Team, Board, local business units and Allianz Group to help deliver sustainable productivity benefits across the business. Support and contribute to the annual planning process, including analysis and validation of key planning inputs. Support the implementation of process improvements and streamlining of tasks across the Productivity Steering and Planning squad. Partner with stakeholders across Finance, the business, and the Central Project Management Office to support strategic decision making and represent the Productivity Steering and Planning squad in Finance-wide forums. About you Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. Relevant accreditations advantageous. Experience in Finance, Strategy, work process optimisation, or project management. Experience in the General Insurance industry and a demonstrated understanding of its key drivers advantageous. Ability to analyse complex information, identify errors or inconsistencies, extract meaningful insights, and create impactful presentations. Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships.
