About you
You have extensive experience and connections in the NDIS sector, are highly driven and proactive and have a passion for supporting business growth and finding support and activity solutions for NIDS Participants. As a natural communicator, you have excellent stakeholder management skills and build and maintain relationships with ease.
With your comprehensive understanding of the NDIS funding model, you are able to provide accurate information to potential Participant and their stakeholders related to supports and services.
About the role
This newly created position will give you an opportunity to make it your own and support our strategic plan for business growth and to be the provider of choice in Perth.
As the Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for all potential participants, their families and/or representatives providing a responsive service to move them through the pre-engagement process to service delivery. You will create opportunities whilst ensuring services reflect Participant needs, the Aspire Hub’s core purpose, and deliver agreed outcomes for Participants, their families and Aspire Hub.
The position will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to understand current Participants and vacancies across the house locations and establish an understanding of areas that would be beneficial to expand houses options to.
Additionally, through networking events and stakeholder connections, promote additional support offerings such as in home supports, community access and day program activities, along with areas of support gaps that Aspire Hub could potentially offer in Perth.
The base location will be Beldon, with travel required across northern and southern regions to establish connections and gain an understanding of the service needs for Participants in Perth.
This role will require you to have
- 5+ years experience in NDIS
- Qualifications relevant to the industry and position
- A current Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation certificate completed
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check.
- Fully maintained, registered and insured vehicle.
- Experience as a Customer Care Coordiantor or similar.
