What you’ll be doing
- Identify, document, and review business functions and processes.
- Analyse and drive efficient business process changes.
- Document requirements and conduct feasibility studies for change investments.
- Liaise with stakeholders to recommend tech solutions aligned with agency goals.
- Elicit and document business requirements, ensuring effective communication.
- Translate business needs into software specifications and non-functional requirements.
- Trace business requirements through to test plans and cases, reducing time to fix issues and identify anomalies.
- Promote financial awareness with stakeholders with a view to delivering value for money.
- Facilitate workshops to clarify and negotiate business outcomes.
- Support technical staff, mitigate risks, and identify effective technology solutions.
- Develop strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and maintain a customer focus.
- Experience in IT with strong requirement development skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate relationships, work independently or in teams, and understand business operations.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, software development life cycle, and risk management.
- Experience in an ICT operational environment.
- Willingness to work in the office 3-4 days per week, or as project demands.
