Position:
This is a full-time position with a leading organization in facility management. You will operate within an enterprise environment as a Business Analyst Lead/IT Business Partner, focusing on initiating, managing, developing projects, and leading a team of Business Analysts.
What You'll Do
As a Business Analyst Lead / IT Business Partner, you will:
- Oversee the entire business analysis process, from identifying needs to delivering solutions.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop comprehensive business cases, and secure approval.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Act as a vital link between business and IT functions, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and mentor a team of two Business Analysts and two direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Engage in strategic discussions with business leaders to identify and implement effective solutions.
Experience and Capabilities:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of progressive experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of Business Analysts.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, with a strong understanding of IT systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at bridging the gap between business and technology.
