• Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or business intelligence roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft Power BI.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using SQL and database technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of implementing successful business intelligence and analytics strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerBI and data analytics methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data modeling and experience with PostgreSQL and database technologies.
