Title: ERP Lead Business Analyst, TRP Contract - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organisational functions and business processes.
2) Coordinate and oversee the work and scope of other BAs on large projects/programs work to achieve a consistent quality output on time.
3) Working closely with the business, and in accordance with the ERP Program Strategy, identify and analyse areas for improvement relating to business systems, process, workflows, and customer service, and the implications of implementing system change.
4) Produce clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation to be used by technical specialists to build business appropriate solutions.
5) Perform end to end functional testing to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented business systems.
About you:
We’re looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to join the ERP Replacement Program team. You’ll bring experience working in large ERP Programs (ideally asset management experience) and enthusiasm along with a proactive approach to leading a quality business solution outcome to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
