Key Responsibilities
- Support the Managing Director and administrative support to the wider team
- Email management
- Ad hoc Travel management
- Prepare for and assist the facilitation of meetings, both external and internal, including minute taking and meeting agenda
- Draft and prepare, reports, submission documents, presentations and related documents
- Assist senior administrative staff with invoicing
- Reception duties as required
- Ad hoc administration support
- Can-do and positive attitude
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Lateral thinker and has the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written skills and strong communication skills
- Team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
