About the roleThis role is an exciting full time and permanent opportunity to provide administrative support to a Managing Director and to ensure the efficient operation of their activities while supporting the wider team and managing the general operations of the office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Managing Director and administrative support to the wider team
  • Email management
  • Ad hoc Travel management 
  • Prepare for and assist the facilitation of meetings, both external and internal, including minute taking and meeting agenda
  • Draft and prepare, reports, submission documents, presentations and related documents 
  • Assist senior administrative staff with invoicing 
  • Reception duties as required
  • Ad hoc administration support
Skills & Experience
  • Can-do and positive attitude
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Lateral thinker and has the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written skills and strong communication skills
  • Team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
