About the Role
The Delivery Business Analyst will support the planning, delivery and implementation of the strategic road map for the workstreams within the Risk Transformation program of work. The Delivery Business Analyst will play an integral part in requirements gathering then obtaining, reviewing and analysing information for the various initiatives to support successful delivery.

Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full time (40 hours/week)
What will your day look like?
As a Business Analyst in Risk Transformation tribe, you will:
Assist in the design and implementation of the scope of work including but not limited to business process, procedure and framework analysis, reporting etc
Validate requirements to ensure that proposed approach meets the business needs
Identify crossover with connected programs and assist to manage to reduce delivery silos and/or duplication or work
Ensure identified issues are shared and fed back into the wider program to address
Outputs should assist in the driving standardisation and simplification in the business
Identify inefficiencies, problem solving and work collaborative to provide solutions to meet the transformation agenda
Our project team has a collaborative, cross-functional, agile, one-team mindset; all team members must be willing to take on proximate project responsibilities beyond the traditional definition of their specific role title
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Identify, understand, and analyse processes, data review and challenges.
- A passion and curiosity for the employee experience and demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative end-to-end people solutions in a complex environment.
- Strong collaboration and relationship management experience with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience and/or understanding in delivery and governance principles
- Excellent business analysis skills, problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to leverage available data to tell a story & develop insights into employee and business needs and behaviour, ensuring they are represented in the design of solutions.
- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
