You will support the wider DTO team including the Digital Transformation Lead and the Senior Project Manager in delivering the Regulatory Management System (RMS) project, demonstrating a customer service mindset with stakeholders.This is getting interesting, what type of person are you looking for?We're looking for passionate and driven people to work with us as we continue to enhance our services to the Victorian public.We are looking for candidates with the following:
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst in similar successful agile projects, preferably including Dynamcis365 and/or CRM delivery.
- Demonstrated experience and capability facilitating workshops and other stakeholder engagement as required to achieve outcomes needed to enable the performance of the wider team, including developers, testers and subject matter experts.
- Understanding and demonstrated application of agile/scrum delivery methods.
