- Lead specific diagnostic analyses, to identify performance gaps, operational inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Systematically identify, prioritise, and manage improvement initiatives across key project areas, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed improvement plans encompassing process, systems, people, and management operating systems (MOS), and lead their execution to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work closely with, and influencing, line management, other GSSF Optimisation functions, business customers, and vendors to drive process improvements and achieve optimisation goals.
- Oversee the management of project workstreams, including progress tracking, risk management, and reporting to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Significant demonstrated experience in a BA role
- Profound knowledge of business process management principles, methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and tools (e.g., BPM software).
- Experience in strategic analysis, operational planning, and execution of business process optimisation initiatives.
- Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects, preferably with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of software systems relevant to business process optimisation, including data analysis tools, process modeling software, and project management platforms.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with process optimisation initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, facilitate workshops, and engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong leadership qualities to guide project teams, drive initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement - especially with stakeholders outside of direct line reporting.
- Creative and critical thinking skills to tackle challenges, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies for process optimization.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and technologies while maintaining a focus on value delivery.
