Our Branch
The Organisational Services Divisional Manager’s Office supports the Divisional Manager and Divisional Leadership Team to guide the strategic direction for Organisational Services. They assist with the smooth running of the division by providing advice and coordinating the flow of information between the Executive Management Team, Divisional Leadership Team and each of the branches in the division including Business Engagement and Performance, Corporate Finance, Information Services Branch, People and Culture, Strategic Procurement Office and Support Services.
The Role
Reporting to the Business Readiness Lead, the Business Architect will strategically analyse and assess the People and Culture stream and its functions to develop and implement effective solutions that ensure the success of organisational priorities. You will operate in a matrix style structure and be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and the business, linking strategy with the design of a new corporate services value stream operating model focussed on business optimisation in advance of a new ERP system implementation.
To be successful you will have:
- proven experience leading and implementing large business and operating model transformations within human resources
- experience leading and driving HRIS implementations and previous exposure to SAP and Success Factors
- experience in change management, business analysis and business process modelling within human resources
- experience creating practical and sustainable BUSINESS ARCHITECTure standards, plans and knowledge resources
- demonstrated experience in leading the co-design of ‘to-be’ states for business technology governance structures, processes and information
- strong knowledge of CX/UX principles, frameworks and methodologies
- demonstrated evidence of capabilities in Council’s Leadership Blueprint
- excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
