About the client: Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking Business Architect to join their busy team for a 12 month temporary assignment. About the role: As Business Architect, you will be the operational owner of the future state of client journey.

You will play a critical role in representing this journey as a design input into the various projects which are in aggregate delivering the Agency's Service Reform.  In addition, you will:Present future state of Customer Journey for diverse audiences as requiredUpdate future state of Customer Journey, reflecting scope and concept design from the Agency Service Reform Projects. Work with service designers, explaining future state and ensuring designs align with the future state.

Participate in design workshops representing future state. Raise risks with executive where designs are not congruent with the future state Customer Journey. Advocate that designs should progress towards, or achieve, future state.
