Randstad are proud to currently be partnering with a well recognised Federal Department in assisting to recruit for an EL2 Business ArchitectThis Service Design Division works with impacted stakeholders to design and deliver improvements that deliver quality participant outcomes and enhance their experience. The Service Design Division works on process, platform, and practice solutions to address Agency priorities. The division embeds co-design and a stakeholder-view of change into our ways of working, ensuring that our designs represent the greatest value to different audiences. In line with the Participant Service Charter principles, the division drives transparency into Agency decision-making through the consistency of the processes we design, the written guidance and communication.About the role:The EL2 Business Architect is accountable under broad direction to undertake work with a high level of complexity or sensitivity that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the Agency. The position will exercise a significant degree of independence and will use a high-level of decision-making and judgement.The role will be required to coordinate and assume responsibility for highly complex or sensitive projects and work program outcomes across the functions that have strategic or operational significance to the Agency. The EL2 Business Architect is responsible for initiating, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Where required, it will represent and negotiate on behalf of the Agency and advance the interests in cross-agency, inter-jurisdictional and other forums.You will be responsible for:
- Presenting future state Participant Journey for diverse audiences as required.
- Updating future state Participant Journey, reflecting scope and concept design from Scheme Reform Projects.
- Working with service designers, explaining future state and ensuring designs align with the future state.
- Participating in design workshops representing future state - Coordinating, facilitating and participating.
- Raising risks with executive where designs are not congruent with the future state Participant Journey.
- Advocating that designs should progress towards, or achieve, future state.
- Working with technology partners, ensuring that technology changes support the future state Participant Journey.
- While you will work closely with ICT architects, this is not an ICT role and identifying business needs.
- Be the operational owner of the future state Participant Journey.
