The role: We are seeking qualified individuals to fulfill two vital Business Architect positions within Digital Enablement team within our organisation: one dedicated to supporting our Cloud Transformation Project and the other focused on our patient administration data warehousing capability.
The roles entail comprehending and defining the demand for the services, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment with our organisational strategy, objectives, and customer preferences. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing and maintaining delivery continuity.
Experience with Agile delivery, including DevOps and Scrum methodologies, will be highly valued.

* Demonstrated capacity to analyse complex system issues and processes, provide specification/solution development and design and business case development. (NFL: Supports Strategic Direction)
* Demonstrated skills in problem solving, business research and analytical skills. (NFL: Achieves Results) Demonstrated mentoring and facilitation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with senior management. (NFL Supports productive working relationships)
* Proven ability to elicit and document business and information requirements in an accurate, effective and professional manner (SFIA DTAN 5)
* Familiarity with, or qualifications in, best practice business analysis theory, processes, methodologies and software tools. (BUAN 6)
* High level Project Management skills and an understanding of Change Management methodologies. (RMLT 6)
