Form of workWe have an exciting opportunity within our accomplished consulting team focusing on our Financials product. As a Business Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products.
- Working with our side by side with our customers to implement our best-in-class SaaS ERP software solutions
- Providing hands on implementation through the project lifecycle, including:
- Design
- Configuration
- Customer support, guidance, coaching
- Cutover, go live and making projects successful!
- Learning and applying our apply our game-changing tailored implementation methodologies on all projects
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery, and feedback improvements to the business
- In conjunction with the Project Managers, work closely with the Product, R&D, Operations and AMS (Application Managed Services) teams to deliver great results
- Basically, you are the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during implementation, and you will own all the excitement, pressure and achievement of taking them live!
- Solid financial understanding including AR, AP, GL, reconciliation, taxation
- Budgeting experience would be an advantage
- A degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business, Information Technology or similar would be an advantage
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environment
- Experience working in a consultancy capacity
- A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, CIVICA or other).
- Customer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience
