How will I help?
Reporting into the Head of Governance, Executive Reward & Risk, this key role has been created to manage the Reward and Accountability team’s delivery of Board and Executive papers and projects to ensure timely engagement of key senior stakeholders, planning and coordination, and prioritisation. As a key conduit between the leadership and project teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the planning and timelines for delivery of Board and Executive papers (WBC Board and Committees, Remuneration Oversight Committee, WNZL BPRC, ET and HRET).
- Liaising with key stakeholders across the RPA team, Company Secretariat and executive offices.
- Managing the flow of information between RPA team and GE HR office.
- Work independently or in collaboration with the RPA team in the preparation of materials and other reporting as required.
- Managing RPA team planning and managing the contribution to the Human Resources QBR process.
- Development of team strategies and implementing them through communications and coordinating key projects.
- Assist where required between the Executive Reward Relationship team and Governance, Executive Reward & Risk teams.

What do I need?
You will demonstrate 5+ years in a HR, governance, legal or comparable roles. With experience managing projects and key deliverables, you will bring a disciplined approach to planning, prioritisation, follow up and completion. You will have very strong attention to detail, and a high level of quality assurance. A strong communicator, you can build trusted relationships confidently across all levels of the organisation. With the ability to meet deadlines under pressure with your strong time management skills, you will demonstrate a proactive, flexible, and versatile attitude that can be responsive to changing priorities. You will have a continuous improvement mindset. Experience using power point and writing / presenting information will be highly regarded.
