We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team, to fulfill this role you will be highly motivated, well organised, and have a passion for developing new business. Your interpersonal skills will be in key in developing strategic relationships with our prospective business partners.
In addition to growing your portfolio you will be handed existing house accounts to immediately manage. You will also be given qualified leads from the Sales Manager to convert into new ongoing accounts.
Industrial Packaging or Corrugated Fiber experience will be highly regarded when being considered for this opportunity, however this is not essential for the right candidate - full product training can be provided.
This is an autonomous role with the ability to work remotely and work from home when appropriate - you will be required to meet with the Sales Manager weekly for Sales Reporting evaluations.
Dependent on your experience and knowledge you will be rewarded with a strong base salary, fully maintained company vehicle or car allowance, and an extremely strong incentivised commission structure.
