THE POSITION
We need an energetic, exceptionally well-organised person to work directly with one of our top Area Managers in Melbourne, to double his revenue in 2024 and beyond. In exchange for your skills, drive and commitment, you’ll be mentored and stretched, plus if you’re consistently successful in your role over the medium term, there is the possibility to be supported and trained to move into consulting yourself, expanding your career in financial services.
This is a fantastic role for someone with energy who is self-motivated and resourceful, as the role is as diverse and challenging as it is rewarding. You’ll be working closely with your consultant every day, growing the number of clients your team looks after, winning new ones and sharing in their success.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- You'll support your consultant to bring in new business by finding and contacting potential clients. Using both our ideas and your own, you’ll use various resources to identify where the clients are and have the resourcefulness and skills to do this.
- You’ll create new referral networks and be given access to an existing network.
- You’ll set up digital marketing campaigns, work existing social media and set up new channels, and consistently identify ways to bring new business to our firm with a low cost and fast results.
- Once you’ve brought new potential clients into our community, you’ll take care of the essentials, booking meetings, following up and managing an extensive on boarding process.
- You’ll support your consultant as they deliver advice to clients, preparing documentation as required, and managing follow up of the process.
- Your skill in automating and streamlining our back-end processes using a mix of traditional and app-based methods will make managing the back office significantly easier for your team, increase the conversion rate, and enable you to manage more clients.
- The company has administration, compliance and support services in place. You’ll optimise them, and bring a fresh approach to client acquisition, process management and client ongoing support in the digital world.
- Your efforts will assist you the consultant you are supporting to become a top performing team in the global organization and you’ll be rewarded accordingly.
