About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager – Central Queensland, you will have full flexibility, ownership and will develop customer account strategies that will increase NHP’s market share throughout Central Queensland.
On the road sales position! Based in either Mackay OR Rockhampton.
Region covers… Gladstone up to Townsville!
Focus - Key accounts in the Mining Industry!
With a strong Technical background, an understanding of the Electrical market & key stakeholders including End Users, you will tap into the wider supportive resources within the business to develop effective strategies and customer proposals.
At the cornerstone of NHP’s success, technical training and business support tools are high upon the agenda for personal & professional growth. With a variety of expertly developed programs that are both internal and externally produced they position NHP as a market leader in the field of staff training.
Ideally you will have / be:
- A track record in delivering sales results & servicing customer needs
- An ability to ‘listen to the customer’ & translate needs into business solutions
- Exceptional communicator with strong influencing & relationship building skills
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
- Effective time management & organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience operating a CRM database or similar
