The role

Based out of our Brisbane branch, this position will suit a candidate who has a strong understanding of the local B2B producer markets and experience and/or interest in drive technology focused on automation and application solutions. 

Your contribution will be focused toward improving SEW-EURODRIVES’ strategic and financial objectives by way of promoting, selling and supporting our core products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• You enjoy seeking out potential and developing new business opportunities
• Manage and maintain key SEW accounts.
• Ensures customer requirements are determined and are met with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales process from enquiry to completion stage.
• Provide application solutions and drive selections to customer drive applications using the range of SEW components mechatronic application solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.

About you

• A relevant tertiary electrical or Mechatronic degree
• Experience in using CRM  (highly regarded)
• Expertise in sales of industrial products and solutions
• Previous applications engineering experience within the automation and controls industrial sector, variable speed drives electric motors etc.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Exemplary customer focus and can do attitude
• Self-driven and results focused
