ABOUT THE ROLE
We are actively recruiting for a motivated Business Development Coordinator who is committed to promoting our northern based hospitals. This can be a full or part-time position for a candidate who lives on the Peninsula.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relations with current and potential referral sources for rehabilitation, surgical and medical patients. This will involve planning and building relationships with local GPs, Specialists, referring Hospitals and the broader Community.
DUTIES
- Review existing website and promotional material with a view to enhancement.
- Identify new referring opportunities and pathways to promote the hospital services
- Participate and manage GP education and CPD programs, promoting specialist referrers.
- Compliment Senior Management to meet targets aligned with business growth objectives.
- Liaise regularly with targeted health care providers and community organisations to raise patient awareness of the hospitals.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Well-presented with a bright, welcoming personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-versed in digital marketing and campaigns
- Proven track record of results in company business growth
- Demonstrate strong initiative and a can-do attitude
- Possess strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Current Drivers’ Licence
Desirable
- Sales/Health Care and Marketing background would be a definite advantage
- Sound knowledge of the local Northern Beaches Peninsula area
