Position: Brand Ambassador & Business Development Executive

Location: Sydney, NSW

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 + Super + Commission + Car

Reports To: Company Director

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Ambassador & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is integral to driving sales revenue, increasing market share, and enhancing brand recognition for our supply partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives, engaging with partners and stakeholders, and championing our environmental sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development and Management:

Collaborate with management and the broader team to provide insights and strategies for market growth in your designated region.

Engage with partner, to align on growth objectives and market strategies.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Drive direct growth in sales revenue and volume.

Achieve personal sales targets.

Monitor order intake and ensure budgeted sales targets are met, aiming for an order intake of approximately 300m² per day.

Brand Promotion and Recognition:

Actively promote the company’s products and brand, enhancing market presence and recognition.

Participate in discussions on product development and brand amplification with management.

Sustainability Advocacy:

Promote and support the company’s environmental sustainability goals and outcomes with enthusiasm and commitment.

Team Engagement and Culture:

Engage with team to foster a positive, respectful, and dignified work environment.

Actively contribute to the company’s “WHY” proposition, reinforcing our mission and values.

Project Management and CRM:

Maintain an updated project register in CRM, ensuring timely entry and monitoring of all new projects.

Manage project stock holds, reporting updates to the Admin team as necessary.

Pricing and Customization:

Assist in the collation of information for custom pricing requests, working closely with management and the team on the pricing process.

Personal and Professional Development:

Work with management to access resources, knowledge, and training to continuously develop your skills and drive increased sales.

Travel to Bangkok and Thailand, for training and customer visits as mutually agreed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in sales and Business Development, preferably within the flooring or interior design industry.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Passionate about environmental sustainability and promoting green initiatives.

Proficient in CRM software and project management tools.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel as required.
