- In this role, you will be primarily focusing on communicating with potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
- You will collaborate with internal teams including logistics, customer service, and product managers to ensure smooth information exchange for customer evaluation, usage, and after-sales service.
- Other key responsibilities include market entry planning, budgeting, attending relevant trade shows and conferences, and developing and implementing sales strategies for the market.
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and market analysis within the food, supplement, or infant nutrition industry.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A passionate interest in innovative products, particularly in the dietary supplement market.
- Proactive in creating market development opportunities and seeking out new customers across the Australian marketplace.
- An ability to anticipate future demands by engaging with trend-leading products.
- A proven track record of success in sales and Business Development, ideally with relevant tertiary qualifications (degree level preferred).
