About The Company:
Our client is Australia’s leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality medical consumables, dedicated to improving the health, safety, and well-being of hospitals and patients. With 34 years of innovation, they’re ready to expand, and we need a top-notch salesperson to lead the charge.
What You’ll Do:
- Expand and nurture the many existing hospital accounts
- Acquire new hospitals and clinical locations
- Visit clients on-site 3-4 days a week to understand their needs
- Prepare accurate quotes, and samples, and manage orders
- Ensure all delivery timeframes and requirements are met
- Collaborate with the MD on pipeline forecasts and sales strategies
- Maintain CRM accuracy
- Engage with the internal team for maximum efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:

- Passion for building client relationships
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Trusted advisor with creative problem-solving skills
- Strong accountability, organisation, and attention to detail

- Eagerness to learn, be coached, and work collaboratively
- The ability to be on the road 3-4 days a week
- Tech-savvy, with experience in sales CRMs (preferably HubSpot).
