About the opportunity

Business Development Managers are the heart of our organization. We are seeking high potential candidates who are looking to pursue a career in B2B sales. We invest heavily in our people through training and development.

What you'll do:

  • Research markets to understand the issues impacting c-suite executives.
  • Identify new prospects and conduct targeted outreach to expand our client base.
  • Full ownership of sales cycle, from prospecting, pitching and closing.
  • Maintain a database of leads in our CRM.
  • Attend our events on-site to meet clients and ensure operations run smoothly.

 

Requirements & competencies

  • B2B sales experience is preferred. 
  • Competitive minded and driven to succeed. 
  • Confident and outgoing personality.
  • Natural communicator with professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet daily and weekly KPIs.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Hungry to earn and hungry to learn.
