As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint, with a particular focus on the Building and Construction sector. Additionally, we are continuing to increase our presence in the professional ‘white collar’ market.
About You:
- Proven experience in education sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- A strong network within the Building and Construction industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, thriving in an autonomous sales environment.
- Ability to think innovatively and decipher the market.
- Experience with contracts and tenders is highly regarded.
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with office administration staff to CEO's.
- Proven experience with developing and maintaining a sales funnel.
- Willingness to travel interstate for client meetings and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales initiatives in the Commercial division, leveraging your education sales experience.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships within the Building and Construction industry.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Meet and exceed KPI's while increasing market share.
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Sales to implement effective sales strategies.
- Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Travel interstate to build and maintain client relationships, attending industry events and conferences.
