Your new Role
In the role of a Business Development executive, you will assume a crucial position in the company's expansion of its clientele and the acceleration of revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include creating fresh avenues for business, cultivating strong client connections, and advocating for our extensive portfolio of commercial cleaning services. Responsibilities

What you need to succeed
- Demonstrated track record of achievements in Business Development and sales in the commercial cleaning services industry or a related field.
- knowledge [but not essential] of the commercial cleaning services sector, encompassing industry trends, key market players, and customer pain points.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling the establishment of rapport and credibility with clients across all levels.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation proficiencies.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven capacity to meet or surpass sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in relevant sales tools.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to undertake local travel as needed.
- Two years' experience in sales preferred.
