Let’s talk about the roles and responsibilities:
- Lead the Engineering business growth in AUS region and be a key member of Engineering Industry GTM.
- Bring the global Engineering offerings portfolio and closely working with Pre-sales, Delivery leadership and with Market Unit Sector Leaders to win deals in named Accounts.
- Driving new business opportunities with customers in Engineering R&D for Energy and Utilities, with a specific focus on the Mining, Oil &Gas sectors in AUS region and growing with existing set of assigned accounts to meet the annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and bookings goals.
- Build new customers base and leverage assigned account base (contacts, Potential, Competition, Portfolio positioning…)
- Provide leadership in the CSP segment and work closely with Global Engineering Industry Leaders and Offering Management teams.
- Market the strong ER&D portfolio and leverage the same in driving incremental bookings and revenues.
- Develop customer value propositions in collaboration with presales and delivery teams.
- Consultative Business Development activities, identifying needs and suggesting solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely issue resolution to drive complete customer satisfaction.
- Build good understanding of Industry and competitive landscape and provide timely inputs to the business and delivery teams to help drive continuous improvements.
- Bringing Industry solutions including: operations technology, remote operations, digital twin, supply chain optimization, scheduling oil (pit to port), predictive analytics, asset optimization, rate control reconciliation, signalling, hardware, regenerative braking/ Infinity trains.

- Proven track record of building new business with Energy & Utilities, including mining clients, and system integrator ecosystem and demonstrated business growth in previous roles.
- Autonomous, out-of-the box thinker with an attitude to win in a competitive landscape.
- Several years’ experience of selling Engineering, R&D services in the mining / utilities / oil / gas sectors.
- Successful track record of meeting & exceeding sales quotas.
- Engineering outsourcing services
- Experience of working in and navigating a global, matrix organisation with onshore and offshore delivery capability
