The business has been built and scaled on solid foundations to support its broader commercial objectives to ensure it meets strategic growth targets and milestone metrics.
This is a new role and will work closely with the Head of WA Operations and very much be the face of the brand with the company’s customers. The successful person will play a key part in developing and implementing Business Development and client sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities will include.
- Strategic prospecting and clever targeting of client segments.
- Prioritising geographic Business Development initiatives.
- Account management with disciplined use of the CRM system.
- Always representing the brand professionally in the market.
- Supporting the operations and tech teams with customer feedback.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate their history of achieving sales targets and business objectives, ideally with technology sales, SAAS, and/or payment products. Relationship and stakeholder management skills are important along with developed interpersonal, communication, and time-management abilities. The right person will be a real self-starter, comfortable self-managing and working remotely. An attractive compensation package will be negotiated, with a car/fuel allowance and generous uncapped incentives.
