What will you be doing?

Leading a team of two, you will oversee the execution of new business and leads for Circana. Working closely with the CPG team, you will drive initiatives that meet commercial targets and lead to increased revenue for the ANZ business.  

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and owning new business targets and active sales pipeline, using a variety of methodologies
  • Monitoring and ensuring that all commercial targets are met and that favourable E-Sat scores are achieved
  • Playing an active role in the negotiation of new contracts, ensuring the potential value of new business is maximised
  • Contributing and leading pitches where required
  • Creating and maintaining effective relationships that lead to profitable commercial agreements with new and existing clients
  • Driving a high-performance culture, ensuring the team have the required capabilities, clarity of role expectations and opportunities to maximise their performance
  • Inspiring, coaching and motivating the team to achieve their performance, growth, and development objectives

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar role, within the FMCG industry
  • Strong Business Development skills, with the ability to hunt for business, effectively negotiate and sell, and deliver commercial success
  • Excellent strategic and commercial acumen
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong people leader skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and inspire others
  • Effective relationship building skills
