Business Development Manager

Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

• Accountable for developing strong working relationships with customers.
• Takes a lead role in the pursuit and sourcing of new business and emerging opportunities and the ongoing development of relationships with existing customers.
• Identifies and explores new opportunities to increase performance, growth and revenue across Queensland and Northern Territory.
• Ensures all identified opportunities comply with the delegated authority matrix and are approved accordingly.
• Ensures proposals/quotes for work requested are well structured, within timeframes and consistent with company standards.
• Develops and implements innovative solutions to customer requests.
• Promotes other business divisions at every opportunity.

• Deliver service excellence to all clients & prospective clients, whilst displaying outstanding relationship & account management skills.
• Ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of people including colleagues, internal and external management & all stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Have strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office and using CRM systems.
• Current Drivers Licence
• Proven strong relationships within the Industrial & mining industry.
• Project Management and/or engineering qualifications - desirable but not essential
