As part of an exciting time in the development of the company, a position is currently available for a Business Development Manager to play a key role in the growth of the company's blue-collar division.

Engineering Trades Australia is currently in search of a proficient Business Development Manager to become a valuable addition to our rapidly expanding and dynamic team. As a prominent recruitment agency, our primary objective is to establish connections between exceptional individuals and esteemed clients, with the ultimate aim of long-term success. 

Location: Kalgoorlie, Western Australia

Responsibilities:

• To increase the company's clientele, actively seek out and explore potential new business prospects.
• Expand relationships with existing clients for growth opportunities
• Lead discussions with prospective clients regarding contract terms.
• To find and draw qualified individuals in line with open job positions, talent should be sourced through a variety of channels, including networking, job boards, and social media.
• To ensure a seamless onboarding process and a healthy talent pool, establish and develop relationships with both candidates and clients.
