Form of workVeolia is currently seeking an experienced and driven people person to lead the sales and Business Development efforts for the Southwest region, with a focus on securing additional sales from existing and new customers.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer accounts through exceptional service and consultative selling. A key component is acting as the trusted advisor and main point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any issues or questions
- Conduct periodic account review meetings with key customers to ensure satisfaction
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights back to internal teams
- Negotiate custom solutions or package deals to retain important accounts
- Utilise CRM systems and sales tools to effectively manage your account portfolio
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales, account management, or customer service role
- Consultative selling approach to uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timeliness, professionalism, communication and follow up
- Problem-solving skills to craft creative solutions for customers
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales productivity tools
- Self-motivated with the drive to proactively engage customers
