What You'll Do:

• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within existing and new customer segments.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Generate sales leads through networking, industry events, and market insights.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including engagement with preferred suppliers and our marketing team.
• Manage CRM data and sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to inform decision-making and performance monitoring.

To Excel in This Role, You'll Need:

• Proven experience in Business Development or sales management
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
