Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to drive company growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, real estate agents, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Strong networking skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
