AddressAdvance Laser Cutting (ALC) have been operating for 30+ years, providing quality laser cutting services to customers. Located in the heart of Henderson’s Naval Base. We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Manager.
Your main job role at ALC will be generating sales and working alongside our office and production team with customer enquiries.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer service with a focus on Sales.
- Handling incoming phone calls and responding to emails.
- Working directly with business directors and sales representative.
- Providing timely quotes to customers.
- Processing orders from customers and processing jobs for workshop.
- Providing suitable solutions to customers’ needs and assisting with any issues that may arise, in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Experience in the steel industry, experience in laser cutting and fabrication processes, desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven and confident.
- Willingness to learn and train in all things sales.
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic and the willing to learn.
- Knowledge with Auto-cad and other drafting programs also advantageous

Location: Full-time position located in Henderson. With the office hours of 8am to 4pm daily.
