- Ability to work alongside our leading sales team and convert their referral appraisals into new business.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills with the ability to establish rapport with key decision-makers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the company's expertise and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong referral network within the real estate community.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and expand brand awareness.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
