Due to growth we a seeking multiple Business Development Managers for NSW. Currently the primary activities in NSW are B2B sales for heat pumps.
Full training provided to the right candidate with OTE $2500-$4000 per week. (commission only)
Key Duties
- Hunt for new customers and new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a lucrative sale pipeline.
- Prepare, follow up and convert sales quotations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure deep connections whilst delivering exceptional service.
- Provide business intelligence and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s environment and needs. Maintain current product knowledge.
- Sustain customer and market presence through consistent face to face consultations.
About you
- You are a ‘can-do’ and ‘glass half full’ person who thrives on sales and being with people.
- Strong track record of developing networks and driving sales.
- Highly developed prospecting, Business Development and customer centric skills
- Ability to effectively plan and implement sales strategies.
- Self-starter, resourceful and tenacious
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and planning skills.
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Own vehicle
