Horizon Cleaning services is a Sydney based Commercial Cleaning Company. We are a Commercial and Industrial Cleaning Service provider that services multiple sectors within the market. Our core business is within cleaning services and are servicing multiple clients across Sydney
This Role is to primarily to hunt out New Business contracts / win new business as well as follow-up on new business leads that may come in from within inside of the company relationships / colleges etc including advertising. This role will see you using your initiative in identifying business and developing solutions as you see fit. The owner is looking for a hunter. Someone highly motivated and sales focused go-getter with the ability to influence and liaise confidently at all levels.
As the business grows based on your success, you will have the opportunity to build the sales team and step into a more senior management role.
Extensive Knowledge of the Commercial Cleaning, Facilities Management, Strata and much more industry of relevant industry experience will be highly regarded. You will need you to have a proven track record in personally contributing to sales growth within a B2B market.
Must have the following:
- Knowledge in preparing tenders from start to finish. (site walk through right up to tender submissions and follow ups and more)
- Work closely with the company team leaders (operations managers, admin and all to ensure contracts are running smoothly)
- minimum 5 years Cleaning industry experience
- proven sales track record (successfully won and closed deals)
- must have great sales skills and willing to close off deals successfully
- Strong communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- An ability to operate autonomously with confidence
- Experience in a similar role and more

The salary will be based upon your experience. If you have been in the market BD market in FM for 5 + years you will be favourably compensated.
