Business Development Manager | Commercial Furniture

Company Overview: My client is a leading provider of comprehensive Commercial Furniture fit-out solutions, specializing in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing workspaces for our clients. With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we deliver tailored fit-out services to businesses across various industries.Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Furniture Fit-Out Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in measuring and quoting for Commercial Furniture fit-outs, demonstrating a strong understanding of space planning, furniture selection, and project management.Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints for Commercial Furniture fit-outs.
• Site Assessment: Conduct thorough site measurements and assessments to determine space constraints, layout possibilities, and logistical considerations.
• Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and detailed quotes based on client specifications, incorporating costs for furniture, materials, labour, and any additional services required.
• Space Planning: Utilize CAD software or other relevant tools to create space plans and layouts that optimize functionality, flow, and aesthetics.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the entire fit-out process, from initial concept development to final installation, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns or changes, and ensure overall satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Furniture fit-outs, with a focus on measuring and quoting.
• Proficiency in CAD software or similar tools for space planning and layout design.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Furniture products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
• Project management experience, including the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $100K + Car Allowance + OTE + Super.
