Due to some exciting changes internally, they are now looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with experience in ELECTRONIC SECURITY / Access Control. You will be a highly professional salesperson with a proven track record of winning Commercial Contracts in the industry.

You'll develop executive-level customer contact plans, manage internal and external stakeholders, and oversee the Executive contact strategy.
The role:
- Business Development (face to face & over the phone)
- Relationship Management
- Responding to all leads, opportunities, tenders & EOI’s
- Working autonomously & in a small team
- Attend networking events & build a strong sales pipeline
- Writing/responding to tenders
- Working closely with management on new initiatives & business plans
- Previous Business Development experience
- 2B/2C Security License ( or the ability to obtain)
- Experience in the Security Industry (Electronic Security)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- A bright, energetic personality
- The ability to overcome objections & present professionally to clients
- A team player mentality
