WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Making this role your own, you will share our history and excite customers with your innovation to drive business and grow our brands. This role covers retail grocery independents, non-liquor multi-channel/route, retail and on-premise liquor outlets. You will predominantly manage a territory that covers the Gold Coast, Scenic Rim and Southern Downs with some regional travel required.
- You’ll be a proactive negotiator - Negotiate and manage strong relationships to source new business.
- You’ll strategise - Execute state and national strategies, business plans and promotional programs.
- You’ll be an Ambassador for our Brands – Manage a client base of existing outlets to grow volume, distribution and profitability.
- You’ll follow through - Plan and execute an effective journey plan to cover your territory.
- You’ll understand your Customers - Ensure the right product mix is sold into stores and outlets.
- You’ll get the job done - Update and maintain CRM system and timely reporting.
- You’ll make things better – Drive change and improvements from your learnings.
