The BDM role is autonomous, you’ll be trusted to do your job and be supported by management and the wider business when necessary. You’ll proactively seek out business opportunities for machinery long term rentals (with the option to purchase) within the Construction, Mining and Agricultural sectors.
You'll source business via end user customers and intermediary channels, and structure tailored deals for high value equipment assets, whilst continually developing relationships with partners/Brokers to drive Business Development.
We’re looking for proactive, new business hunters ideally with a heavy earthmoving machinery sales/hire background. You must be comfortable with building a customer base and seeking out new business. There is a very lucrative commission scheme on offer which can see your earning potential double your base salary.
Using your earthmoving/equipment industry knowledge and contacts you’ll build the company brand in NSW and spearhead traction in this state.
On offer is a base salary of 130k + Car (or allowance) + Tools of Trade + Commission
