We are looking for an Inside Sales Closer to join our team based in Sydney.

The Role:
- Close warm and pre-qualified sales leads - direct to home owners and through volume builders / referral markets
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers in a clear and persuasive manner
- Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospective customers
- Negotiation and closing of deals
- Record and manage customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system for proper tracking and reporting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Measuring and quoting sales jobs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in an inside / phone based sales role or a related sales role, selling products valued at $20-50K and with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain product specifications.
- Positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups - be able to self manage
- Familiarity with simPRO or other CRM software is a plus
