Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage existing customers to meet renewal sales targets;
- Foster strong client relationships to understand current and future needs effectively;
- Handle updates and modifications to active customer contracts;
- Collaborate with customer service, success teams, and BDEs to set up account management schedules; and
- Provide assistance with customer inquiries alongside customer service teams.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in sales settings;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, with adept presentation abilities;
- Proficient in computer usage, including MS Office and internet/cloud applications; and
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, demonstrating prior experience.
Desirable:
- Demonstrated experience in B2B solution based new business and online product demonstrations;
- Experience in new business solution selling within aged care, homecare or disability care sector; and
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
