We have four (4) full-time positions we are looking to fill. These positions are for a two (2) new-graduate Speech Pathologists and two (2) Level 1 / 2 Speech Pathologists, however, all are welcome to apply.

Who We Are:
Aspire Speech Pathology, formerly Andrea Cooper Speech Pathology is a mobile, telehealth, and clinic-based service based in the Newcastle, Maitland and the Hunter Valley.
We provide therapy to clients of all ages, however, the majority of our caseload is paediatric.
We work closely with families, teachers, carers, and other professionals to ensure we help our clients achieve their full potential towards their communication goals.
The demand for our services has increased and we need new Speech Pathologists to help meet the needs of the many families seeking fun, evidence-based, and passionate speech pathology services.
We assess and treat:
• Development of speech and language
• Articulation- pronunciation of sounds
• Expression of language- vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure
• Comprehension- understanding language and following instructions
• Literacy and Learning skills- phonological awareness, spelling, reading and written expression
• Listening skills and memory
• Stuttering and Voice disorders
• Social Skills

We are registered to provide services under the NDIS, to help children and adults with disabilities.
Our school projects deliver group therapy and individual sessions to students, working to achieve their speech, language, and literacy goals. We work closely with the behavioural and educational support team.
We also run a telehealth program for children living in rural and remote communities. There is an option to work remotely/from your home if you are interested in a telehealth role.
